Sometimes you don’t need advice or solutions—you just need someone present who will truly listen.
These one-on-one conversations are designed to give you that space. You can share at your own pace, pause, reflect, or simply sit with your thoughts. There’s no pressure to explain everything perfectly or have it all figured out.
Sessions are available by phone or video and can be booked for 20, 45, or 60 minutes—whatever fits your moment. You’re welcome to use your first name or an alias, so you can speak freely and comfortably.
This is not therapy, coaching, or medical care. It’s something simpler—a steady, supportive presence where your voice is heard without judgment or pressure.
